The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines. In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the day of check-out, no garbage should be left in the property.
